Yes. Since our Emenusolutions is 100% custom built, we can tailor your site to meet your specific needs.
- What happens if my fax machine is out of paper or busy?
Every faxed order will be resent every minute until successful. This setting is configurable per customer.
- Can we run reports on visitors to the site?
Yes. Upon request, you will have full access to our administration area. In addition, we can provide you with summary reports which can be sent directly to your fax or email.
- Can we run reports on orders for a given period of time?
Yes. We have many standard reports available and since we store all information in a standard database that you can access.
- Where is the server located?
Our servers are in Clifton, New Jersey in a business quality data center. Server has battery backup, multiple data connection points and is secure.
- Do you require a contract to lock me in to your service?
No. Your service is month by month and you are free to cancel at any time.
- Is my customer information sent securely (SSL) to your fax provider?
Yes. ALL communications to our fax server our 100% secure via HTTPS and 1028 bit encryption
- What type of load can your server handle?
Our server is hosted on a fully burtsable 100 MB connection.
- My menu is complicated, can you accommodate it?
Yes. We can handle any of your pricing options.
- I have all my food images already, can I provide them to you?
Yes. Provide us with standard photos and we'll take care of the rest.
- I already have a web site, can I host the menu separately on your site?
Yes. We can host your site on our domain: yoursite.emenusolutions.com
- I don't want to allow orders during a certain time period, is that possible?
Yes. Your site will only accept orders for time frames you tell us.
- I have coupons, can my coupons be used online?
Yes. Up to 15 coupons can be used at any given time.
- Do you require my customers to create an account?
No. Customer can create an account, but they do not have to.
- Is my customer information secure on your site?
Yes. Your site will be hosted on a server owned only by Emenusolutions in a secure data center. Nobody else has access to it.
- How many simultaneous faxes can you handle?
System has been tested up to 30,000 per hour
- What is your refund policy?
In the event that you are not happy with your service provided by EmenuSolutions, we will gladly refund any remaining monies on your hosted menu account. Setup Fees and Fax Out Fees are non refundable.
